Account information: name, email, city, and state when you create an account.
Content you submit: photos, videos, audio, AR scans, descriptions, quotes, messages, listings, and portfolio material you upload or generate in the Service.
Usage data: how you use the Service, features you use, and device/app information.
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, to generate Generated Output (diagnoses, estimates, quote analysis, Home Health Scores, and maintenance schedules), to match Users with local Contractors, to send appointment reminders and notifications, to process payments, to secure and moderate the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
When you request help, we share your issue information and contact details with the Contractor(s) you select so they can respond. Your street address stays private until you and a Contractor agree on a date and time. We may share information with vendors that help us run the Service (such as analysis providers, payment processors, and screening services), and where required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property.
To provide Generated Output, we and our model providers may process the photos, videos, and other Content you submit. Do not upload images of children, sensitive personal information you do not intend to share, or another person's property without authority.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms. You can sign out or request deletion of your account through the app's Contact page.
You can update your profile information in the app. You may stop using the Service at any time. Location and contact details are used to match you with local specialists; withholding them limits matching features.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Do not upload images of children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the Effective Date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
